When you join the Spa Luna Circle, we collect your name, mobile number and email address to register your welcome voucher, confirm your mobile number, arrange care and prevent duplicate claims.

Your promotional choices

When you tick the promotional consent box, you agree to receive Spa Luna offers and updates via WhatsApp and/or email using the contact details you provide. We record the date and the wording you accepted, and keep your subscription status for each channel so you can stop one or both later. Earlier registrations retain their original choices. You do not need to join the mailing list to book or purchase a treatment. The welcome voucher is a reward for joining, and later withdrawal of consent does not cancel an issued voucher.

Storage and access

Registration details and voucher activity are stored in the website’s hosted database. Access to registration and redemption records is restricted to the authorised site owner. Records are used for voucher administration, your selected promotional communications and relevant business records, and are retained only for as long as needed for these purposes.

Basic request information is used to limit repeated registration attempts. We do not collect health information on the registration form.

WhatsApp and bookings

When you choose to activate a voucher or request a booking, WhatsApp opens with a prepared message. You decide whether to send it. WhatsApp handles messages under its own terms and privacy practices. This website does not automatically send WhatsApp or email messages.

Withdraw consent or ask a question

Use the promotional preference controls in your personal voucher link, or message STOP to +65 8802 6292. Tell us whether you want to stop WhatsApp, email or both. You can also contact Spa Luna there to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your registration details. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
